The information in the guide is based on a generic AoP concept programme developed by the project partnership \u201cArts on Prescription in the Baltic Sea Region\u201d (2023- 2025). The generic concept is closely aligned with several AoP programmes which have been previously tested and implemented in Denmark, Sweden and England.<\/p>\n
