Sometimes it&#8217;s easier and more valuable to connect with someone who has experience in planning and\u00a0 implementing AoP programmes, from funding to facilitating activities for vulnerable target audiences.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Find a Mentor&#8221; directory aims to provide details of various speacialists ranging from project managers, link workers,\u00a0 culture and arts facilitators, and researchers from various Baltic Sea countries.<\/p>\n<p>Mentors are listed under each country, along with their connection and specialties in AoP. Please feel free to contact a mentor, all mentors are deeply engaged in Arts on Prescription, and the well-being of citizens.
