The organisational framework is a dynamic structure that should be regularly revised during piloting phases, and in any further development of the programme, e.g. from a short-term to a long-term programme.
Note developing the AoP programme to include other target audiences may require other stakeholders and a reorganising of the organisational framework. Therefore, it is necessary to ongoingly revise the organisational framework to monitor its effectiveness.
The following are some questions to consider when revising the organisational framework.
- Are the roles and responsibilities of each steering and working group member clearly defined and understood?
- Are there any overlapping roles or confusion in responsibilities?
- Is the organisational framework working as intended?
- Is there effective communication and regular channels for feedback and open communication within and between teams and departments?
- Are there collaborative tools and processes in place to facilitate teamwork and other collaborative processes among those involved in the programme?
- Is there a high level of engagement and motivation among steering group and working group members?
- Are the correct resources (financial, personal) allocated to the programme?
- Are decisions made in a timely manner to avoid delay and inefficiency?
- Are decisions communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders?
Identify areas where the organisational framework requires adjustments, such as the need to enhance communication or involve other stakeholders with expertise and skills that can strengthen the framework and thereby the implementation and establishing of the local AoP programme.
Seek input for improving the framework from those already involved in the organisational framework. Based on their feedback and input re-adjust the organisational framework.
