Train the Trainers & Fellowship in Focus
Fellowship in focus (fif) is developed by the Region of Southern Denmark, Design School Kolding and the University of Southern Denmark. Fif is a framework which can be used to create a sense of belongingness and cohesion, for persons participating in group activities or working in group environments.
The aim of fif is to promote fellowships among groups of people sharing similar experiences, such as participants in health and social programmes such as AoP.
Fif framework consists of 6 themes (see link below) The themes provides guidance to programme leaders (link workers) on how to assist and support group dynamics.
The framework can also be used by the link worker to help and empower participants to transit from an AoP fellowship to continue in a citizen-driven fellowship.
Themes can be used individually or in combination.
