Many local cultural institutions have culture and arts facilitators with the necessary expertise and skills to develop and facilitate culture and art activities for AoP programmes. Additionally, many local communities have artists across different genres who possess both the professional and personal skills to become culture and arts facilitators in an AoP programme.
