Arts on Prescription Guide

Find a Mentor Programme

While the Arts on Prescription Guide offers valuable insights, it may not address every question related to designing and implementing a successful AoP programme in your community. Sometimes it’s easier and more valuable to connect with someone who has experience in planning and facilitating activities for vulnerable target audiences.

“Find a Mentor” directory aims to provide details of various speacialists ranging from project managers, link workers,  culture and arts facilitators, and researchers from various Baltic Sea countries.

Mentors are listed under each country, along with their connection and specialties in AoP. Please feel free to contact a mentor, all mentors are deeply engaged in Arts on Prescription, and the well-being of citizens. They have willingly agreed to be mentors to support others on their AoP journey.

Please note that arrangements are individual, and the terms of agreement may depend on the level and extent of cooperation, support, and advice needed from the mentor.

Also note that the “Arts on Prescription in the Baltic Sea Region” project partners, the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme, and the European Union are not responsible or liable for any agreements made between you and the mentor.
